每年 13% 资金增长条款和条件
1. 简介
这些条款和条件（简称“条款”）适用于 Vantage Global Limited（简称“ Vantage ”或“公司”）提供的每年 13% 资金增长促销活动（简称“促销活动”）。Vantage Global Limited 是一家在瓦努阿图金融服务委员会 (VFSC) 注册的公司，注册号为 700271。通过参与此促销活动，您承认并同意遵守这些条款。
2. 促销期限
促销活动自 2025 年 2 月 3 日起生效，直至另行通知（“促销期”）。
3. 申请资格
本次促销活动面向符合以下条件的客户开放：
- 必须拥有 Vantage 的 STP、ECN、Premium 或 Perpetual 交易账户。
- 必须是符合条件的国家/地区的居民。
4. 参与要求
为了参与，客户必须：
- 选择加入此促销活动；
- 指定一个或多个参与真实交易的账户；
此促销活动以账户级别为基础进行。客户可以使用多个账户参与；但是，他们必须满足每个账户的特定要求。例如，如果客户使用两个账户（账户 A 和账户 B）参与，并成功满足账户 A 的要求，但未满足账户 B 的要求，则他们将仅获得与账户 A 相关的现金返还。
- 维持每日合格资金超过 5000 美元；
- 周一至周五，每 5,000 美元合格资金完成至少 50,000 美元名义交易量。
只有已平仓交易超过 5 分钟的交易才会计入此促销活动的交易要求。
5. 赠金或奖励结构
- 符合条件的客户将获得其符合条件的资金的每日 0.05% 的现金返还率（参见附录 1），并且该现金返还将于每个下周一以 0.25% 的利率结算到其参与交易账户中。
公式：每日现金返还 = (权益 – 信用) x 0.05% - 若出现以下任一情况，上一结算周的返现将被取消：
客户在上一个结算周（周一至周五）内每日维持的合格资金不足5,000美元；或
客户在上一个结算周（周一至周五）内每 5,000 美元合格资金执行的名义交易量低于 50,000 美元；或
客户在上一个结算周（周一至周日）内从参与账户进行任何提款或内部资金转出。
6. 取消资格
Vantage 保留取消以下参与者资格的权利：
- 违反任何条款
- 提供虚假信息；
- 参与可疑的交易活动或滥用交易行为，例如频繁交易。
7. 修改和终止
Vantage 保留自行决定修改、暂停或终止本促销活动或任何条款的权利，包括从参与者账户中移除或扣除任何信用奖励以及取消使用交易信用产生的任何利润。这可能因违反条款、可疑或滥用交易行为或滥用信用奖励而发生。更新或更改将通过电子邮件传达并发布在网站上
8. 当地法律和管辖权
本次促销活动受瓦努阿图法律法规约束。参与即表示您同意，因本条款引起的任何争议将受瓦努阿图法院管辖和解决。

定义
1. 合格客户是指符合本条款规定的参与促销活动的资格标准的客户。
2. 符合条件的国家/地区2.是指客户可通过其客户端促销活动的国家或地区，但须遵守当地法律和法规。
3. 符合条件的资金是指仅限此促销活动的权益减去信用额。它包括促销期前的初始权益、浮动盈亏以及促销期间的累计入金。
4. 名义交易量4.是指衍生合约仓位的总价值，由标的资产价格乘以仓位规模确定。
公式：名义交易量（美元）=交易手数 X 合约规模 X 标的资产收盘价 X 日终产品兑美元汇率。
5. 交易账户是指合资格客户在Vantage开设的用于交易金融产品的账户。
6. 杠杆比率是适用于合格客户交易账户的比率，会影响交易所需的保证金金额。
7. 频繁交易是指仅仅为了享受促销优惠而开立或关闭保证金外汇或差价合约交易的行为，而不是根据合理的投资策略进行交易。
8. 可疑交易活动是指 Vantage 根据合理评估确定的任何损害其服务或市场完整性的行为，包括持有相反仓位、利用低流动性或价格差距或从事滥用行为。有关详细信息，请参阅网站上的客户协议。
一般条款和条件
1. 此优惠仅适用于有效的 STP 和 ECN 账户。除非另有说明，否则 Cent 账户、USDT、BTC 和 ETH 货币账户不符合资格。
2. 除非另有规定，由 PAMM/MAM 或资金经理推荐的客户没有资格参与任何 Vantage 促优惠活动
3. 客户不得使用交易信用进行对冲仓位。如果发现违规行为，Vantage 可能会撤销任何交易信用或通过对冲产生的利润。
4. 新账户需遵守 Vantage 的标准审批流程。客户有责任在申请前了解当地的法律法规。
5. 客户应确保其交易活动符合其个人风险偏好，因为此促销活动并非旨在改变客户的风险偏好或交易策略。
6. 客户同意使 Vantage 免受因参与优惠活动而产生的任何索赔（包括违反条款或适用法律）的损害。
